Payment and shipment
Availability of the product in our warehouse is automatically checked before the system lets you proceed to payment. We keep you informed along the processing of your order until its delivery. The process will be completed within 7 working days (or 15 opened days after reception by post of the CD with your personal design):
- As you navigate through the website, you are informed in case the product or the design that you have selected is not available in our warehouse, and if confirmed, the date when it will be available again.
- At order completion and before paying, if you maintain your choice for a skis/snowboard or a design that is temporarily unavailable, we will give you the possibility to wait for an email notification that the products/design are available again so you can then proceed to payment.
- KaOrigin delays the credit card debit until shipment.
