KaOrigin was founded by winter sports industry and technique professionals who used to work for an entire year to give birth to the technology that's in your reach.
- Jacques LACROIX, the founder, spent a big part of his career working for the big French sport brands SALOMON and ROSSIGNOL as an engineer before taking over as the R&D technical director for the winter sports equipment department. He knows perfectly the build quality skis require and got to travel all over the world to test the good performances of products with commercial teams. He put all of his knowledge and experience into the search of the best partners and suppliers to make the KaOrigin technology come true.
- Jean-Marie MARTIN, the team's manager, worked as former commercial manager and management controller in several countries. He knows the organisational and marketing requirements of a growing company. Born in Valloire, ski and snow never stayed far away from his heart. He balances the back office work and the commercial aspects of KaOrigin's technology.
